First Brisket ten year's
First Brisket ten year's
My lady friend asked if I would do a brisket
for the stupperbowl and since I haven't done one in
10 + year's (pork kinda guy) figgered why not.
Hit the store on the way home and picked up
a 12 or so lbs. packer.

Trim'd a little fat to use on some old cast iron
I picked up on then a simple rub yellow mustard and fiesta brisket rub.
Rapped up to take a little nap.
Put to bed till about Midnight tomorrow.
200 -225 degree's for about 1 1/2 hour's per pound
sound about right?
