Bacon wrapped chorizo and cream cheese stuffed jalapeno.
Start with this cool little tool to clean out the peppers.

Next blanch the peppers til they start getting soft and fry up the chorizo
and let cool to room temp.

Mix the chorizo with the cream cheese and load the big needle.

Wrapped and ready for the smoker.
