Connie build.
Picked up this 1987 ZG1000 with 98,000 miles a while back.
Little cleanup and service stuff and rode it a little like this.
I then picked up a 1993 model with 33,000 miles as a no paper parts bike.
Last tagged in 08 parked for a head gasket issue. I cleaned it up some fix'd
the t-stat housing o-ring's and it's a jam up running motor.

Re: Connie build.
Hadn't messed with the connie in over a year been
just setting in the corner so time to get my ass in gear
and build me a bike I can ride half way across Tx. on a tank of gas.
Since I had no papers on the 33,000 mile '93 I had stripped and boxed
every thing but the main frame so now it's time to clean and paint each piece
from it and put them on the 93,000 mile '87 frame so
pulled the motor and loaded it and hit the car wash.
Main frame cleaned and painted.
Next got the '93 model motor with 33,000 miles and cleaned it up a little.
Before pic.
After.
