Beef stew.

House mouse wanted some beef stew the
other night but since I FLAT do not cook indoors.

I hit the dollar store and grabbed a cheap stew pot
to use on the smoker.
Chopped some tater's and onion's and fried
up some kibble's for the cook while choppin the rest of the veggies.

Stew meat some onion and black pepper and a little chop fresh garlic.

All the goody's in the pot.

Gettin my boil on.

Some skillet corn bread.

I've got a mid level grate in the smoke box on the fire end
so After about a 30 min. roll I moved the pot over there
to simmer a few hour's.
I'm done.
